Healthy Eating Suppplements
Very few of us obtain enough healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and micronutrients through our normal diet, even if it is reasonably healthy. Unless we grow our own food, it's not fresh from the ground and has lost a lot of nutrients by the time we eat it. It may have been grown in depleted soil, with the aid of agrichemicals. We don't have access to the variety of fresh herbs that our body might need at any particular time. And we simply do not eat enough fresh fruit, herbs, vegetables and healthy fats to give us what we need for optimum nutrition---especially when we are ill, or feeling run-down. Given that this is the world we live in, there are times when we should supplement our diet. When I need to boost my health, I always prefer to use real food supplements like the ones on this page, as opposed to synthetic formulas.
