If you are thinking of building a website, or putting your business online, but can't really figure out the logistics of how to do it, some of the material you can find on this page might give you a better idea of what it's all about. These links will allow you access to the some of the same valuable educational materials that I used when I was building my site.

Several are written by Dr Ken Evoy of Sitesell (pictured right)and are considered to be the best books available on their topics. Over the years, Evoy has built a reputation as the most authoritative voice on web building and development and doing business online. If you are thinking of being a net affiliate, I recommend this easy 8-day course, which you can access free through this link. It was designed by Ken Evoy for his own SiteSell affiliates, but is relevant to all types of affiliate-selling and is the best how-to guide available. It shows how you can get an affiliate business off the ground, just by putting 15 minutes aside every day for a week. (In fact you could even sign up as a SiteSell affiliate if you wanted to and actually be in business within eight days, although I would advise you to learn a bit more about SiteSell's products before you launch into anything! SiteSell's affiliate program is rated the Number One affiliate program on the internet, offering a generous 25% commission and a two-tier program endorsed and used by the internets top affiliate experts.)

PS My advice is to avoid MLM's (multi-level-marketing) and anything more than two-tier porgrams like the plague---they are just glorified pyramid schemes and will waste your time and only bring you grief. The people who get in early do make a lot of money, but many thousands of others lured by the get-rich-quick promises end up disillusioned and angry when these programs fail to deliver. SiteSell's affiliate program is the only one that I am prepared to personally recomend to anyone interested in setting up this type of business. They are an ethical trustworthy company and their product is an excellent one to be selling.)

This is a useful service that I use to find other quality sites on the web to exchange links with, which is essential for building a good internet prescence.

This is a useful tool for website owners finding it impossible to get their newsletters past email spam filters, even when your customers have asked you to send them! It will take out any of the routine spam phrases so you can send your emails without getting bounced!

I can be incredibly indecisive sometimes. I want all the options! Sometimes, to clear my head, I use this very rational way of taming my irrational desire for everything, and honing it down to the best single choice.

This is one of the most useful tools for any website builder. If you keep it as a minimized window in your browser, you'll be just a couple of clicks away from any information you need to research quickly---background information for articles you want to write, finding the right graphics to put on your site, researching your site's competition, doing pre-site-building research and finding the best site concept....the possibilities are endless for both beginner and experienced webmasters.
